Happy New Year! Are You Ready for a Little "Work Health Wisdom?"

J A N U A R Y 2020...we made it! Omgosh, Happy New Year loves! Hope you rang in this new decade with style, class, and doing so totally "Fit4You!"

This month is all about how I take care of myself - PG people, PG! I get asked by so many about my lifestyle beyond what is being shown on social media. Things like my hair & skin care routine, what I do for down time and to relax, how I stay in "semi" decent shape (ha!), what else I look to eat besides salads and salmon (lol!), any supplements I take on a consistent basis, etc.

Oh, and don't worry, I will still be sharing all of my "usuals." I mean, I know you REALLY want the scoop on this fabulous blouse I am wearing, right? 

With it being Wednesday - can you believe it? - I am kicking off a brand new series that is all about "Work Health," and sharing a little wisdom I have learned over the last 12-18 months. It's fun, maybe a little flirty (okay, not really; it just sounded good) and completely HONEST & AUTHENTIC.

Additionally, I am looking forward to a quick trip next weekend that is, somewhat, out of my element - I am a first timer - and I look forward to bringing you along for the ride!
